Payment of the conference fee is needed before your registration is valid. The conference participation fee also covers lunch (3 days), dinner (2 days), and coffee/tea etc. all days. To proceed you will need your conference username and password. It was delivered directly to you by e-mail when you registered for the conference. Click on the link at the bottom of this page if you have forgotten your password. If you have not yet registered you may get your conference username and password here. Info for DIME or DRUID Ph.D. students only The conference fee is wavered in part IF you are a registered DIME Ph.D. student. See the list of all participant in DIME here. Find your own institution or research group (including DRUID) on the list and click at the link at the bottom to see if you are a registered DIME member. Apply by sending an email to summer2006@druid.dk before May 1, 2006. Do two things: a)Write "DIME Ph.D." in the subject field. Nothing more. Nothing less b) Write your name and DIME affiliation in the body of the email, e.g. "Camilla Svensson, CIRCLE, Lund University, Sweden." Nothing more. Nothing less. The procedure of payment is this: You first pay your conference fee and then send the email as shown above. The DIME contribution is then deducted from your payment before your bank account is charged. The size of your reduction will be between 10% and 50% depending on the number of participating DIME students: the more students the more you will have to pay. However, please keep in mind that as a Ph.D. student your fee is already reduced by 50% of the full costs of participation, thanks to the conference's sponsors. Payments.
